INGREDIENT STATEMENT: Grain products, processed grain by-products, roughage products, molasses products, plant protein products, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, magnesium oxide, monocalcium phosphate, potassium chloride, manganous oxide, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, zinc oxide, manganese sulfate, sodium selenite, vitamin E supplement, mineral oil, vitamin A supplement, vitamin D3 supplement, Ethylenediamine dihydriodide, fenugreek flavor extract, cobalt carbonate, lactic acid, diatomaceous earth (flow agent), dried seaweed meal (fucaceae, bangiaceae, ulvaceae). Chiory root, red pepper, anise oil, cloves, saccharin sodium, essential oils, hemicellulose extract, natural flavor.

FEEDING DIRECTIONS: Each pound of this medicated feed contains 11.375 mg lasalocid.  Feed continuously at a rate of 8.79 pounds to 31.648 pounds complete feed to provide not less than 100 mg nor more than 360 mg per head per day.  Provide plenty of fresh clean water at all times.

Caution: The safety of Lasalocid in unapproved species has not been established; do not allow horses or other equines access to Lasalocid as ingestion may be fatal; feeding undiluted, mixing errors or inadequate mixing (recirculation or agitation of liquid supplements) resulting in excessive concentrations of Lasalocid could be fatal to cattle.  

Caution: Follow label directs.  The addition to feed of higher levels of this product containing selenium is not permitted.

Waring: This product, which contains added copper, should not be fed to sheep or related species that have a low tolerance to copper.
